Dr. Huck Holz has been practicing internationally with the Himalayan Cataract Project since 2006. He travels to South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, providing service and training to physicians internationally. He also hosts visiting physicians from overseas to observe and learn from a US practice.
Holz graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, San Diego and received his medical doctorate in 2002 from the University of California, Davis. After completing his ophthalmology residency at UC Davis, Holz completed a cornea, external disease and refractive surgery fellowship at the Moran Eye Center, University of Utah.
